These gorgeous photos are courtesy of the Saint Louis Art Museum, who we had the pleasure of creating 37 custom acrylic vitrines for as part of their exhibition called “Sunken Cities: Egypt’s Lost Worlds
To allow visitors the best possible viewing of these treasures, the vitrines were fabricated with PS30, or museum “bubble free” seams – however, each case the museum requested had it’s own set of dimensions, acrylic thicknesses, and individual specifications depending on how – and what – it was displaying.
From gold coins and jewelry, to ancient religious artifacts, to huge sculptures, these displays tell the story of two lost cities of ancient Egypt which were found submerged under the Mediterranean Sea for over a thousand years.
This ½” thick stained glass panel was nested perfectly inside this 3-piece acrylic sandwich frame, allowing the unobstructed light to shine through it with the standoff hardware giving this very heavy piece the proper support.
These are the first two in a set of 19 guitar cases we are currently creating for a casino. Showcase built custom acrylic brackets to secure each unique signed guitar, and the frame room then took a vibrant rust-colored velour fabric and hand-wrapped the MDF backing and fit them into a 4” wide special-order bronze frame.

Showcase created an acrylic stand to raise the bag up, which allowed the vintage photos and etched plaque to be situated underneath using foldover acrylic frames in a unique two-layered display.
It is made from ½” clear acrylic, etched and then custom-cut with corner notches for their client to use as a “bathtub tray”.
Delphi Athena Case, measures 47” W x 42” H x 28” D and was created using bubble-free museum-quality PS30 acrylic seams, linen deck, drawer to house additional items, and finished off with a rich caramelized bamboo veneer.
This 5’ mirrored acrylic flower started with a very intricate pattern that had to be carefully rendered, including tweaks to the design to maximize our CNC’s capabilities.
Displayed inside a custom 360 degree acrylic box to show off the signature on the inside of the mask as well as the front, with an acrylic back panel that can be removed to access the mask.
